Royston Hoggarth - Non-Executive Chairman
Royston joined ANT as Non-executive Chairman in March 2007. He has a wealth of industry experience having held a variety of senior management and CEO roles in IBM, LogicaCMC and more recently as CEO Cable & Wireless PLC for the UK, where he was also responsible for the US & European business. Royston holds a BSC(hons) in Communications from London University.

Simon Woodward - President & CEO
Simon Woodward joined ANT in 1997 as chief executive and is responsible for developing and executing its commercial strategy. In 2005 he led ANT to a successful public offering on the London Stock Exchange (AIM).
Prior to joining ANT, Simon ran an information technology management consulting company, and during a long and successful career in the IT industry has more than 25 years' experience. He has covered a range of business disciplines, including accounting, engineering and marketing.
Simon initially trained as an accountant in practice and in 1983 joined Acorn Computer Group in the UK, where he held various senior managerial positions in R&D, marketing and business development, including taking responsibility for negotiating strategic relationships with a variety of major industry partners.

Stewart Palmer -
Engineering Director
Stewart is Engineering Director at ANT, having joined the company from Irdeto, a content management and protection company, in February 2007. Stewart is responsible for overseeing and directing ANT’s product and engineering solutions in response to the requirements of the digital media market.
During his time as VP Engineering at Irdeto, Stewart was part of the management team responsible for setting the strategic direction of the company. He was responsible for building and leading a team of 140 software engineers, distributed across three continents, that develops products for the DVB, IPTV and mobile market sectors.
Prior to that, Stewart was Telecoms Product Manager at Pace where he developed the company’s strategy for IPTV products in the Telecommunications sector. He was VP of Engineering at Acorn, prior to its acquisition by Pace in 1999, during a period in which it developed advanced multimedia workstations and set top boxes for the then nascent IPTV sector.
Stewart began his career in software engineering with Burroughs Machines, later Unisys, where he was involved in the development of operating systems and document processing systems for the financial sector.
Stewart completed the Senior Management Programme at Henley Management College in 1996 and holds an honours degree in Psychology from Glasgow University (1977).

Richard Baker - Executive VP Sales & Marketing
Richard Baker joined ANT in January 2008 as Executive VP Sales and Marketing. Richard is a technology enthusiast and is driven to excite change in the digital media industry. At ANT his ambition is to transform user experiences of next generation TV and media services.
Richard brings a wealth of experience having previously worked at RealNetworks where he was General Manager of the Technology Business across EMEA. He lead the EMEA Sales, Marketing and Operations teams, and was responsible for increasing licensed software and management services sales to mobile carriers, broadband operators and enterprise customers.
Before joining RealNetworks, Baker was with Cable & Wireless’ in various marketing roles. Prior to that, he had a sales and general management career with Nortel Networks.

David Fell - Chief Technology Officer
David Fell founded ANT in 1993 and led the team that designed and implemented ANT's core technology. He was appointed CTO in September 2002. David has over 20 years' experience in software design and development programming. Prior to founding ANT, he contracted for a number of high-technology and software development companies, working on such diverse applications as audio, compilers, SCSI and ethernet, hardware validation and object-oriented office environments.
